Responsibilities

• Prepare orders consistently to standards of portion, quality, and presentation.
• Only prepare food orders that have been paid for.
• Promote sales by suggesting specials.
• Assist cooks in gathering and preparing meats and other ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow health codes, food safety practices and sanitation procedures.
