Artisanal Brewing Ventures (ABV) encompasses Victory Brewing and other brands, with locations across five states including taprooms and production facilities. Victory Brewing - Parkesburg, PA is seeking a Prep Cook to join a tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on quality and collaboration.

The Prep Cook will handle daily prep items, follow recipes, and support private events. Candidates should have 2+ years of prep/line cook experience and be able to work quickly and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ prep/line cook experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meal ingredients following a recipe and organizes prep items.
• Prepares fresh produce, meats, sauces, and dressings.
• Maintains health, safety, and hygiene codes.
• Labels and stores food, and manages time-temperature logs.
• Assists with opening/closing duties and station sanitation.
• Supports private events to ensure high-quality service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
