Job summary

Victory Brewing Company is seeking a Prep Cook to support our kitchen team in Lenover, PA. You will prep ingredients, trim and portion produce and proteins, and ensure proper labeling and storage.

Work in a fast-paced environment, follow health codes, and collaborate with the Executive Chef and line cooks to maintain quality and consistency.

This role offers hands-on growth in a respected craft brewery, with training, team camaraderie, and opportunities to advance within ABV brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a prep/line cook preferred.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and safety regulations for workplace.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients following recipes and manager directions.
• Trim, portion, and label produce and proteins.
• Prepare condiments, dressings, and sauces as needed.
• Maintain proper storage and labeling of food items.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene codes and procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and kitchen sanitation.
