Job summary

Dust Bowl Brewing Co. in Livermore, CA is seeking a Taproom Manager to lead front-of-house operations, supervise staff, and uphold the brewery’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Familiar with MS Windows and MS Office; Excel skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; reports and correspondence.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and Food Handler/Responsible Beverage certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage FOH staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure brand standards, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee operations and assist General Manager with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with BOH and vendors; manage inventory and events.
• Maintain safety compliance and OSHA policies.
