Qualifications

• Experience running a bar, taproom, or restaurant.
• Craft beer background strongly preferred.
• Hired, scheduled, trained, and let people go.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check and 21+; TIPS or equivalent within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house crew across two locations (Rapid City & Hill City).
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Control weekly beer orders and inventory.
• Assist with events and food truck coordination.
• Conduct weekly management meetings with other managers.
• Work behind the bar during busy times to support events.
