Job summary

Sixpoint Brewery is seeking a part-time Host to welcome guests in the taproom, manage seating, and assist with merchandise sales. You will greet guests, answer calls, and coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

You will use the POS system, restock merchandise, and maintain clean, organized spaces. The role requires comfortable interaction with guests and a friendly, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Comfortable discussing products with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating from arrival to seating.
• Answer phone and manage waitlist using Table Maintenance tech.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Process sales using POS system and assist with merchandise purchases.
• Restock and organize merchandise displays to maintain appeal.
• Maintain cleanliness of host and front taproom areas and restock as needed.
• Support other side duties and duties as assigned.
