Odell Brewing Company is hiring a Taproom Associate in Denver, CO. You will serve guests, stock beer and merchandise, and help with beer pairings while maintaining a friendly, fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of taproom experience, 21+ years old, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and some holidays. You will join a collaborative team focused on guest experiences and Odell values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a bar or taproom.
• TIPS certification required or acquired within 3 months of hire.
• Demonstrated passion for guest experiences and Odell values.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and assist coworkers, stock beer and merchandise.
• Recommend food menu items with beer pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness and present a welcoming environment.
• Enter orders and process payments through POS.
• Open and close cash drawers; reconcile totals.
• Support seating, serving, and to-go orders as needed.
