Job summary

CALIBRE is seeking a Contract Installation Manager to oversee Army Transition Assistance Program operations at an assigned installation. You will serve as the primary contractor contact with Government personnel and leaders, ensuring high-quality transition services and compliance with Army policies.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating workshops and counseling, and delivering weekly updates on performance, risks, and resources to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Strong organizational and operational oversight skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing coverage and scheduling.
• Serve as principal contractor point of contact for Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, Capstone activities, and other transition services.
• Ensure services comply with curriculum, Army policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise counselors and liaison staff, assign workloads and monitor performance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, data entry, and reporting requirements.
• Provide weekly updates to Regional Leadership on progress and risks.
• Resolve site-level issues involving facilities, property, and access.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC and badge activities, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide Transition Counselor duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
