Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and experience with transition programs or workforce initiatives are required.
• Experience coordinating installations, stakeholders, and events is preferred.
• Familiarity with military installation operations and transitioning service members is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and customer service skills are important.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations) is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report TAP performance, participation, throughput, attendance, and resource data.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports consolidating information from counselors, government staff, and partners.
• Monitor participation and compliance across TAP activities and milestones.
• Maintain accurate information in Army and IMCOM systems, trackers, and calendars.
• Coordinate with TAP Manager, commanders, public affairs, employers, and partners.
