Job summary

Infopact, Inc. is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to support Army TAP operations at installation level, coordinating with CIM, program managers, and community partners.

The role emphasizes data collection, reporting, and event support to ensure successful TAP activities. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, monitoring participation, maintaining systems, and assisting with planning hiring events and outreach efforts, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with transition programs, installation coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with military installation operations and the needs of transitioning Service members and families.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report TAP performance data at the installation level.
• Prepare command-level reports and ad hoc analyses by consolidating information from counselors, government staff, and partners.
• Monitor participation and compliance across TAP activities and milestones.
• Maintain accurate information in Army and IMCOM systems and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with CIM, TAP Manager, command representatives, public affairs, employers, and community partners.
• Support planning and execution of hiring events, career fairs, and outreach activities.
• Conduct post-event analysis and capture feedback to improve future TAP activities.
• Assist with participant assessments and required documentation.
