Job summary

Infopact, Inc. seeks a Contract Liaison Officer to support installation-level Army TAP operations by coordinating stakeholders, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports.

You will help connect TAP activities with installation, community, employer, and interagency partners, ensuring accurate program data and timely information. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with transition programs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with transition programs and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with military installation operations.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report TAP performance and resource data.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports consolidating information from counselors and partners.
• Monitor participation and compliance across TAP activities and events.
• Maintain accurate information in Army and IMCOM systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with installation TAP Manager, command reps, public affairs, employers, and partners.
• Support planning and execution of hiring events, career fairs, and outreach initiatives.
• Conduct post-event analysis and capture feedback to improve future activities.
• Assist with participant assessments, surveys, and documentation.
