  • Serve as the primary liaison with DOJ leadership and funding partners to communicate status updates, resolve escalations, and align on strategic initiatives.

  • Provide guidance on CJIS compliance, tribal policy documentation, and federal systems integration (e.g., JABS, CAS, NCIC, NGI).

  • Oversee the TAP BIA Special Project and ensure coordinated support across multiple tribal and federal stakeholders.

  • Manage resource planning, onboarding, and professional development for BRM staff.

  • Assist with documentation, project artifacts, program reporting, and status briefings to senior leadership.

  • Ensure continuous improvement through process standardization, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination with ITC and DOJ stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with federal tribal relations or prior experience working with Tribal Nations.

  • In-depth knowledge of CJIS Security Policy.

  • PMP or similar project management certification.
