ITC Federal is seeking a Compliance Analyst / Program Management Specialist - Senior to join our dynamic team supporting a high-profile Department of Justice (DOJ) program. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who will provide oversight and support for program compliance, internal controls, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have a background in federal compliance and experience supporting large-scale program management initiatives.
This individual will work closely with government leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure contractual, regulatory, and operational compliance across the program. This role is vital in maintaining quality standards and contributing to mission success by driving effective communication, documentation, and governance.
Monitor, track, and report on compliance with DOJ policies, program requirements, and contractual obligations.
Develop and maintain documentation including compliance trackers, audit logs, SOPs, workflows, and standard program artifacts.
Coordinate with functional leads and subject matter experts to gather data, validate processes, and address gaps in program compliance.
Support internal quality control measures, including periodic audits, assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.
Assist in the development and delivery of regular status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain a centralized repository for program documentation and ensure version control and accessibility across the team.
Participate in meetings with client leadership and internal staff to document action items and track follow-through.
Work closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to support program reviews, data calls, and governance efforts.
Provide senior-level support to ensure all compliance-related deadlines are met across program workstreams.
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Criminal Justice, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, program coordination, or project management within a federal government environment.
Knowledge of federal compliance requirements, policies, and regulations-especially those applicable to DOJ or similar law enforcement agencies.
Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Experience with workflow development, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Experience supporting DOJ, DHS, or law enforcement/public safety programs.
Familiarity with CJIS Security Policy or other federal information assurance frameworks.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification.
Experience with data analysis or performance tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Candidate must be able to function in general office environment.
