Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Johnson/Clarke, Inc. is seeking energetic team members to join our tanning and wellness brand. You’ll help customers choose from sunbed and spray tanning options, skin care, and wellness services while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced salon.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
