Palm Beach Tan - Johnson/Clarke, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as sales associates.

You’ll provide upbeat customer consultations, help clients explore tanning, skincare, and wellness options, and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in a fast-paced salon environment. We offer a flexible schedule, comprehensive training, and benefits for full-time staff, including medical and dental coverage, plus product discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, customer service or sales experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on tanning, skincare, wellness options and the Golden Rules of Tanning while following company and legal guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
