Palm Beach Tan is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. You will engage customers with upbeat consultations, promote tanning, skin care, and wellness options, and help clients select the best solutions for their needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on tanning options, skin care, and wellness while following company and legal guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
