Palm Beach Tan - Bartlett is hiring for a front-facing retail associate focused on tanning services and wellness. You will engage customers face-to-face, promote products, and help guests choose the right solutions in a fast-paced salon.

We offer a flexible schedule, a starting pay of $8.50 per hour plus commission, and opportunities for advancement. Training and development are provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Use your influencer skills daily face-to-face.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon.
