Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic sales associates to join our brand in a fast-paced salon setting. You will help customers explore tanning, skin care, and wellness options while delivering friendly, professional consultations and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours per day.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on tanning, skin care, wellness options and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
