Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work evenings/weekends.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships to encourage membership retention.
• Educate on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment.
