Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our Tulsa team. In a fast-paced environment you will help customers look and feel their best while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating them on tanning services, driving sales, processing transactions with POS, and keeping the salon inviting and organized. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships to encourage membership and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and skincare.
• Drive sales by achieving revenue goals and converting inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily tasks and store operations.
