Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon. You will help customers choose tanning services, explain UV and sunless options, and build lasting relationships to drive membership and repeat visits.

You will meet sales goals, handle POS transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while delivering outstanding customer experiences on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
