Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will greet customers, explain tanning services, and drive sales while maintaining a clean salon and accurate POS transactions.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required as part of this role in our Duncan, OK location.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
