Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon. You will greet customers, explain tanning services, and help guests choose options while delivering a memorable, friendly experience.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, consistent performance toward store goals, and reliable, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
