Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon where you help customers look and feel their best while driving membership growth. You will greet guests, educate them on tanning services and skincare options, and process transactions accurately using our POS system.

A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication are essential. The role emphasizes building relationships and delivering outstanding service while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
