Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic tanning consultants to accurately represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service. The role is sales-driven, with generous commission programs and ongoing training in a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities include maintaining salon cleanliness, assisting customers, and educating clients on tanning services while meeting company standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day).
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
