Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will greet customers, explain tanning services, and help them choose memberships while delivering an outstanding experience.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and training. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred; must be 18+ with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
