Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon environment. You will engage with customers, explain tanning services, and help drive membership and revenue goals.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer experiences and building lasting relationships. Ideal candidates have retail or service experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
