Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals for an entry level sales role. You will consult with customers, educate on tanning practices, and drive daily sales goals in a fast-paced salon environment.

We provide sales training, leadership development, and a team oriented setting with opportunities for growth. Full-time schedule with flexible hours and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service and sales skills are preferred.
• Entry level training provided for sales and leadership.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business and handle daily administrative tasks.
• Guide customers to rooms and explain tanning equipment usage.
