Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals for entry-level sales and customer service roles. You will educate customers on tanning services and products, promote a welcoming atmosphere, and help drive daily sales goals in a fast-paced salon environment.

Starting pay is $16.90 per hour with a performance-based bonus structure and monthly store bonus opportunities. Training, discounts, and a fun team culture are offered to support growth and achievement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Stand/bend/walk for long periods; 7 hours/day.
• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Consult with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and product options.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business as scheduled.
• Handle daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Guide first-time customers on using tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales events and trainings.
