West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, professional salon. This entry-level role focuses on sales, customer service, and introducing clients to tanning services and products.

Starting pay is $19 per hour with commissions on all product and membership sales, plus bonuses for hitting targets. We offer comprehensive training, growth opportunities, health benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for 7 hours per day.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Assist with store manager admin tasks.
• Assist training of new sales associates.
• Ensure policy and sales standards are met by team members.
• Consult with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Educate customers on tanning safety and product options.
• Keep salon clean and organized; manage opening/closing procedures.
• Handle daily paperwork and track goals.
• Show customers how to use tanning equipment and answer questions for first-time users.
• Participate in off-site sales and job trainings.
