Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Salon Consultants. You will help achieve daily sales goals, educate customers on tanning services, and ensure a welcoming and clean salon environment for clients and staff.

You will participate in training on goal setting and sales techniques, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. This role offers a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and able to stand and walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Consult with customers in a professional manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach use of tanning equipment for first-time users.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
