Job summary

CAM Industrial Solutions LLC is seeking a Tank Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will weld and assemble structural forms such as machinery frames, tanks, pressure vessels, furnace shells, buildings and pipe, ensuring high quality, safety, and durability in demanding industrial environments.

You will plan layouts, select equipment, and apply various welding techniques including GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SAW or SMAW.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• Must pass required weld test.
• Physically capable of performing strenuous tasks in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan layouts and welding using knowledge of geometry and metal properties.
• Operate welding processes including GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SAW or SMAW as required.
• Weld and assemble metal components of piping, tanks, frames and structures.
• Prepare welds by cleaning joints and applying filler material; remove defects as needed.
• Inspect welds for bead size and specifications.
