Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team. You will weld and fit mild steel and stainless, using MIG and TIG processes, and perform basic fabrication tasks.

You’ll work in a safety‑driven environment, follow OSHA policies, order parts, maintain a clean workspace, and wear a respirator when required. A HS diploma or GED is required; welding cert is a plus. Compensation is $25.00–$30.00 per hour with full benefits included.

• Must have welding and fitting skills.
• Ability to operate an acetylene torch.
• Read and comprehend measurements and job sheets.
• Industrial setting experience preferred.

Role overview:

Handles welding and fitting both mild steel and stainless steel, welding parts together using both gas welding or brazing and any combination of arc welding processes. Performs thermal cutting and grinding, repairing broken or cracked parts, filling holes, increasing the size of metal parts.

Position Responsibilities:

• Must be able to utilize both MIG and TIG
• Order and receive parts and supplies as needed
• Adheres to all established safety (OSHA) and environmental policies and standards to include identification, use, and proper procedures for handling or disposal of hazardous wastes
• Clean, organize and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
