Job summary

Depot Connect International is seeking skilled welders to join our team in a hands-on role. The position focuses on welding and fitting mild steel and stainless steel, using MIG/TIG processes, with strong emphasis on safety and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities include welding parts, ordering parts, and adhering to OSHA and environmental standards. A high school diploma or GED is required; welding certificates are a plus. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k), PTO and holiday pay.

• Order and receive parts and supplies as needed
• Adheres to all established safety (OSHA) and environmental policies and standards to include identification, use, and proper procedures for handling or disposal of hazardous wastes
• Clean, organize and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
• Ability to wear a respirator

Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $20.00 to $39.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.

Role overview:

Handles welding and fitting both mild steel and stainless steel, welding parts together using both gas welding or brazing and any combination of arc welding processes. Performs thermal cutting and grinding, repairing broken or cracked parts, filling holes, increasing the size of metal parts.

Position Responsibilities:

• Must be able to utilize both MIG and TIG
