Job summary

Depot Connect International in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring a Diesel Truck & Trailer Mechanic to diagnose and repair tank trailers. The role covers electrical and mechanical diagnostics, tank service, trailer suspension work, and air brake repairs.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, at 1003 Astoria Blvd. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $41.00 per hour based on experience, with pay-rate reviews every 6 months and opportunities to advance within a global organization.

Qualifications

Diagnose faults on mechanical, electrical or other systems of tank trailers.
Perform tank service and repair with attention to DOT standards.
Install/repair trailer suspension components and alignment.
Work with air brake systems and repairs.
Inspect tanks/trailers to DOT standards and carry out inspections.
Welding/fabrication experience – TIG/MIG, aluminum and stainless preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose failures and repair mechanical, electrical, or other systems on a tank trailer.
Tank service and repair.
Trailer suspension installation and repair.
Experience with air brake systems and repairs.
Inspect tanks and trailers for DOT compliance and perform inspections.
