Quality Depot Solutions (QDS) in Channelview, TX is seeking a dependable Gate Inspector to join our team. You will inspect each tank leaving the facility for defects, confirm correct tanks are dispatched, and perform final quality checks prior to transport.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to perform quality inspections.
• Experience in trucking and/or intermodal transportation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tanks entering and leaving the facility for defects and damages.
• Verify that the correct tanks leave the facility for transport.
• Perform walk-around inspections before delivery to customers.
• Compare tank numbers on work orders with actual tank numbers.
• Support quality control as needed.
