Job summary

Quality Depot Solutions (QDS) is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Channelview, TX to safely operate gas- and diesel-powered forklifts and assist with isotank loading/unloading and depot tasks.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years forklift experience, knowledge of Kalmar spotting equipment, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy in a depot environment. This full-time role requires English proficiency and the ability to work Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years forklift experience and be able to move large loads.
• Proficiency in operating gas- and diesel-powered forklifts with safety focus.
• English literacy required for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload isotanks from chassis.
• Inspect equipment before and after use for safe operation.
• Operate heavy equipment to complete depot tasks.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings as needed.
• Clean equipment and manage waste per procedures.
• Follow safety, environmental, and operational protocols.
• Report damage or defects promptly.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
