Job summary

3L Energy Solutions is seeking a Tank Operations Coordinator in Houston, TX to provide administrative support for the tank operations department. You will maintain equipment records, coordinate schedules, process documentation, and assist with customer requests to ensure timely delivery, relocation, service, and pickup of tanks and related equipment.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, documentation, and data accuracy while supporting the Tank Administrator and Operations team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• ERP experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Experience in transportation, fuel distribution, construction, or industrial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of equipment, and process work orders for deliveries and service.
• Coordinate daily schedules for tank deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
• Update inventory records and assist with counts and reconciliation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide project status updates.
• Assist with installation paperwork, activation requests, and fuel management records.
• Support general office tasks including reporting and data entry.
