Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Construction and Maintenance teams.
• Assist with month-end close activities, data collection, validation and reporting.
• Support accounts payable: invoice review, coding, tracking and documentation.
