Job summary

Depot Connect International is seeking a Tank Mechanic for the 2nd shift (5:00pm–2:00am) to service ISO Tank Containers and related equipment. You will perform pressure tests, drain procedures, and component repairs to ensure tanks meet safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating hoists and grinders, diagnosing issues, and maintaining tooling. The role requires comfort with heights, respirator use, and working in enclosed tank spaces. Comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

Tank Mechanic - 2nd Shift (5:00pm to 2:00am)

Role overview:

Working on ISO Tank Containers by pressure testing tanks, drain and dry out the inside of the tank. Repair and replace tank container valves, gaskets and gauges.

Position Responsibilities:

• Pressure test, repair and replace valves, gaskets and gauges
• Drain tank and insuring tank is dry.
• Operate hoists, cranes, and precision measuring and testing instruments
• Observe and listen to mechanical devices to diagnose causes of mechanical issues
• Repair and replace defective parts, inspect and adjust used parts
• Lubricate and clean parts
• Operate lathe, drill press and grinders
• Use hand tools and power tools

Qualifications:
