Job summary

Tarsco Bolted Tank, a TF Warren Company, seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead tank and insulation projects from initiation to completion. This in-office role supports budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and under budget.

The position emphasizes strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving across sales, construction, engineering, and manufacturing. Occasional travel and overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Business, Project Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of project management required.
• Experience in tanks, structural steel buildings, industrial construction or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project kickoff meetings with sales, construction, and the customer to confirm project requirements.
• Create and enter project timelines and other project details into the project database.
• Coordinate project timelines with scheduling.
• Participate in project team meetings and provide status updates on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to ensure progress on time and within budget.
• Assist with coordination of equipment rentals, freight, and shipments to keep projects on schedule.
• Escalate issues affecting budget or timeline to leadership.
• Prepare quotes with sales and estimating to resolve customer issues.
• Close out projects by updating ERP and requesting invoicing.
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues delaying payment.
