Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Leak Proof Welder for 2nd shift in Wisconsin. The role pays $29.00 per hour plus a $2.50 shift differential, with hours from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Salaries reflect candidate skills and market considerations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or visa transfers.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the area.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervision and prints or diagrams to assemble and wire sub-assemblies and finished units.
• Read shop orders and drawings to determine assembly procedures and clearances.
• Install and wire control devices, cut wires to length and ensure proper alignment.
• Assemble bus work and connectors, and prepare control panels for installation.
