TankWorx + Construction Services, LLC is seeking an Estimator to develop accurate estimates for industrial tank construction, fabrication, maintenance, and related projects. The role requires reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to determine quantities, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs, applying a quantitative approach to estimate factors such as tonnage and weld rates.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of API 650/620, familiarity with AWWA/NFPA

Formación

• 3+ years of construction estimating experience in industrial tank projects.
• Strong knowledge of API 650 and API 620.
• Familiarity with AWWA and NFPA standards.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, P&IDs, and bid documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Review drawings, specs, bid documents and scopes to develop accurate estimates.
• Perform detailed takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare bid packages with scope clarifications and pricing documentation.
• Coordinate with PM, Operations, Engineering and Fabrication to confirm scope and hours.
• Identify risks, cost drivers and opportunities for cost savings.
