The role supports safety, staffing plans, and equipment logistics across projects; you will partner with operations management and the recruiting team to meet craft needs, review invoices, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, specifically in new tank and specialty vessel construction.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for field personnel across projects.
• Manage welding testing and hiring of field workers.
• Coordinate equipment shipments to and from job sites.
• Review freight and repair invoices for authorization.
• Collaborate with operations management to forecast craft needs.
