- Five or more years leading field teams, maintenance execution, or regional operations.
- Expertise in tank barge maintenance, repair planning, and condition assessment.
- Working knowledge of tank barge regulatory, inspection, and maintenance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead tank barge maintenance to ensure compliance and serviceability.
- Own maintenance programs and ensure regulatory compliance across locations.
- Provide leadership for project managers on major outages and budgets.
- Set performance expectations and escalation paths for field teams.
- Develop leadership, competency, and readiness across regions.
