Job summary

AV seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to support Vulnerability Management and Endpoint Security programs with a focus on Tanium administration and optimization across enterprise endpoints.

The role combines hands-on security engineering with vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation, and automation. Collaboration with Cybersecurity Operations, IT Infrastructure, application owners, and stakeholders is essential to drive remediation and strengthen security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity, endpoint engineering, vulnerability management, or related technical experience.
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting Tanium in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with vulnerability management and remediation processes.
• Understanding of Windows enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of vulnerability scoring, CVSS, and risk-based prioritization.
• Experience with enterprise patch-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Vulnerability Management across workstations, servers, cloud workloads, and other infrastructure.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, and track vulnerabilities enterprise-wide.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing vulnerability exposure and remediation progress.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Tanium modules and services.
• Assist with platform upgrades, testing, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate remediation with IT and system owners to close vulnerabilities.
