Job summary

AV is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer in the United States (Melbourne, FL) to support Vulnerability Management and Endpoint Security with a focus on Tanium administration, engineering, and optimization. The role combines hands-on security engineering with vulnerability identification, remediation, patch management, and asset visibility across enterprise endpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, endpoint engineering, vulnerability management, or related experience.
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting Tanium in an enterprise.
• Experience with vulnerability management and remediation processes.
• Understanding of Windows enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of CVSS and risk-based vulnerability prioritization.
• Experience with enterprise patch-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the enterprise Vulnerability Management program across workstations, servers, cloud workloads, and other infrastructure.
• Identify, analyze, validate, prioritize, and track vulnerabilities across the enterprise.
• Use vulnerability intelligence, asset criticality, exploitability, and threat intel to prioritize remediation.
• Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, application, cloud, and system owners to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Validate remediation and ensure vulnerabilities are closed successfully.
• Develop vulnerability dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting.
