Job summary

The Fedcap Group is seeking a Case Manager for the Washington, DC TANF Workforce Development program to serve as the main point of contact for TANF recipients referred by DHS. You will coordinate all services to help participants progress toward employment, building trusted relationships and monitoring engagement through the first year of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Three years' experience in vocational rehabilitation, case management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Carry a case load of approximately 50 participants and conduct regular interactions.
• Coordinate with external providers and DHS staff to promote employment progress.
• Document activities and outcomes in the ECM system and monitor engagement through first year of employment.
• Provide counseling, intervention and action planning to support participants' employment goals.
• Meet performance targets and maintain data accuracy in internal systems.
