Job summary

Fedcap Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Case Manager for the TANF Workforce Development program to coordinate services and support participants toward employment. You will manage a caseload, engage TANF customers, and collaborate with DHS and external providers.

Responsibilities include directing DIRPs, job readiness, and reporting in ECM; maintaining compliance, tracking progress, and guiding participants through first-year employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, social services, counseling, business administration, or related field.
• Three years' experience in vocational rehabilitation, case management, or related field.
• Five years' case management experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree may be acceptable.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of approximately 50 unemployed and unenrolled program participants.
• Conduct at minimum 25 participant interactions a week including bi-weekly coaching sessions and/or weekly non-compliance/re-engagement meetings.
• Coordinate relationships with external providers and ensure participants progress toward employment.
• Review assessments and develop DIRPs to help participants overcome barriers to engagement.
