Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM and leverage authoring tools to create media-rich learning assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate procedures into learning objectives.
• Publish and maintain modules ensuring LMS/cloud integration.
• Conduct needs analyses and create assessments to measure effectiveness.
• Ensure branding aligns with Florida DOT Turnpike Enterprise guidelines.
• Organize and version-control training source files and course packages.
• Manage instructional design projects from conception to deployment with status updates.
• Research trends to future-proof enterprise training offerings.
